How does ordering work?

Pick something from the shop, choose a material and size, and check out — you'll pay via UPI and we confirm the order over WhatsApp once payment's verified. For a custom piece, use the Upload STL page instead: send us a 3D file or a reference photo and we'll quote it directly.

What materials do you print in?

  • PLA (Standard) — the default for most pieces.
  • PLA+ — tougher, for parts that'll see more handling.
  • PETG — durable and outdoor-safe.
  • Fine-Detail Resin — for the sharpest detail on smaller figures.

How long does it take?

Everything is printed to order, so turnaround depends on the piece and our current queue. Shipping itself takes 4–7 business days once a piece is printed. Custom orders can take longer, especially anything needing modeling work first — we'll give you a real timeline over WhatsApp before confirming.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI only, for now. Pay to the UPI ID or QR code shown at checkout, then confirm with a transaction ID or screenshot — we verify manually before your order is confirmed.

I don't have a 3D file — can you still print my idea?

Yes. Upload a reference photo instead of a file on the custom-order page and we'll model it for you, for an extra fee confirmed over WhatsApp — modeling complexity varies too much to quote automatically.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — flat ₹79 shipping, free above ₹1499, anywhere in India.

Can I cancel or return an order?

You can cancel free of charge any time before we start printing — just message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. Once printing has started, custom and made-to-order items generally can't be cancelled, since they can't be resold. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Are the anime/movie-inspired pieces official merchandise?

No — pieces inspired by characters or designs from other franchises are unofficial, fan-made, and sold for personal use, not affiliated with or licensed by the original rights holders. See our Terms for the full wording.
